Our Story
PropertyLabs Technologies was born out of the common vision of the founders to solve complex business problems.
Both founders, George and Krzysztof are graduates of the Executive MBA programme at Imperial College Business School and share a common vision to solve complex business problems for real people by applying best-in-class business practices and cutting-edge technology.
George brings over 20 years of experience driving organisational transformation and commercial performance. Having performed the roles of programme manager at tier 1 banks and Chief Operating Officer at payments companies, he is formally recognised by HMRC as a Fit and Proper Person for AML and financial crime.
Krzysztof is a seasoned technology leader and strategist with over 25 years’ experience driving innovation across FinTech and capital markets. Having held senior technology leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and the London Metal Exchange, he has been responsible for shaping strategic technology decisions and leading the delivery of complex, large-scale regulatory and trading systems. His motivation is to channel this expertise into revolutionising the UK property market.
Together, they are applying their combined skills, knowledge and experience to create new standards of service for property transactions. Their shared objective is to deliver practical, technology-driven solutions that address genuine pain points in the property market, helping everyone involved in the buying and selling process navigate one of life's most significant transactions with confidence and security.

George Tsafandakis
CEO and Founder, PropertyLabs Technologies
George Tsafandakis is a strategic, commercially minded senior leader with over 20 years of experience driving organisational transformation, commercial performance, and governance excellence across highly regulated and multi-stakeholder environments. His leadership credentials are anchored in his tenure as Chief Operating Officer in a Cross Border Payments Company, where he was responsible for all business operations, compliance, anti-money laundering controls, and key project execution. George holds an honours degree in Business Computer Science and an Executive MBA degree from Imperial College Business School, a qualification that has sharpened his ability to lead multi-million-pound transformation programmes and bridge business, technology, and regulatory demands. Formally recognised by HMRC as a Fit and Proper Person for AML and financial crime, he combines deep operational governance expertise with a proven track record in economic development, investment readiness, and SME growth. He currently applies this experience as Senior Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships and Professional Programmes at the University of Hertfordshire, aligning education provision with employer needs to drive workforce development and regional economic growth.
Krzysztof Samplawski
CTO and Founder, PropertyLabs Technologies
Krzysztof is CTO and Co-Founder of PropertyLabs Ltd, where he is responsible for strategic technology decisions and innovation, applying deep FinTech and capital markets expertise to transform the UK property market. He is also CEO and Founder of TachyonX Ltd, leading the development of next-generation conversational AI and edge computing platforms. Previously, he spent nearly eight years at Goldman Sachs as Vice President, directing global engineering teams and overseeing the delivery of complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory systems. He subsequently served as Principal Design & Governance Lead for Software Engineering at the London Metal Exchange, where he shaped technology design standards and drove enterprise-wide Agile and DevSecOps transformation. Krzysztof holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Imperial College Business School, along with Master’s degrees in Computer Science and in Marketing & Management. Most recently, he has led the development and training of Transformer LLM models optimised for edge devices, demonstrating that advanced language models can operate efficiently on consumer hardware..
